Day1 Beijing Arrival
Upon arrival in Beijing, the guide will greet you at the arrival hall. You will be transferred and check into the 4Star Great Wall Hotel Beijing, standard room.
Day2 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Morning tour to the largest public square in the world, Tiananmen Square. Followed by the Forbidden City. This complex of imperial palaces was home to the emperors for over 600 years during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The grand halls are a living museum and hold numerous collections of priceless Chinese treasures. After lunch at Bingjiao Restaurant in the Forbidden City, which used to be the ice storage for emperors in ancient time, have a class in the museum school, in which the experts will teach you the daily life of the emperors and how to be a qualified emperor, followed by a calligraphy or handcraft class which the emperors did in old days.
Day3 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
In the morning, visit to the Temple of Heaven, the royal altar where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven. Before you enter the Temple of Heaven, you will come across lots of local people doing their morning exercises, including playing tai chi, singing cage birds, writing calligraphy on the ground, and kicking shuttlecocks. You will practice Taichi with a master to experience this traditional body-building Chinese Kongfu.
In the afternoon, you will walk through ancient Qianmen Street, modern Beijing Fun and oldBeijinger’s’ living quarters, where you will visit historic Beijing Enamel Factory www.bjflc.com established in 1956. Their Art products have been chosen as state-presents to many presidents or heads of states. We will visit the workshop and practice how to make a cloisonné. If you’d like to pay extra, the experts will sinter your works and mail you home, which may take around one month.
Day4 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Today, after breakfast, check out with your luggage. Transfer to the Great Wall at Simatai. At the foot of Great Wall, there is the elegant Gubei Water Town, where the Watertown and Great Wall is perfectly combined. You twill take a sculling boat to your hotel for check-in(only for Gubei Zhiguang Hot Spring Resort). Special arrangement for lunch, each of you will get CNY50, you may use it to buy your own lunch in the food street, where there are variety of local snacks.
In the afternoon, guided tour to explore the winery, dyehouse, guard agency and other theme museums in the town. After local flavor dinner, take the cable car to the top of the Great Wall for a night tour. From the wall, bedsides the nice view of the Watertown, there will also be a gorgeous Kongming lantern and drone’s show.
Day5 Great Wall- Beijing Airport / Railway Station (Breakfast)
If you are early bird, you may get up in early morning and climb up to the Great Wall again
to enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Free exploration till transfer to airport or Railway Station to next
destination.

If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, LeTourPanda will refund the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs incurred on your behalf - car rentals, admissions, hotel reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision.
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of LeTourPanda.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by LeTourPanda will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the start of the tour:10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 6 to 2 days before the start of the tour:50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 1 day before the start of the tour or no show: 100% cancellation fee.
