Day1 Beijing Arrival
Upon arrival in Beijing, the guide will greet you at the arrival hall. You will be transferred and check into the 4Star Great Wall Hotel Beijing, standard room.
Day2 Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Morning tour to the largest public square in the world, Tiananmen Square. Followed by the Forbidden City. This complex of imperial palaces was home to the emperors for over 600 years during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The grand halls are a living museum and hold numerous collections of priceless Chinese treasures. In the afternoon, ride to the old Hutong area with your guide and take a rickshaw through the 300-year-old hutongs. A visit to a local family, whose ancestors have lived in the hutongs for generations, offers a local perspective on history.

In the morning, visit to the Temple of Heaven, the royal altar where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven. Before you enter the Temple of Heaven, you will come across lots of local people doing their morning exercises, including playing tai chi, singing cage birds, writing calligraphy on the ground, and kicking shuttlecocks. In the afternoon, you will walk through ancient Qianmen Street, modern Beijing Fun and old Beijinger’s’ living quarters, where optionally you will visit a local art studio and learn how to paint Rabbit God, make the creaking monkey and knot sense bag with the instruction of folk
artisans, of which are all traditional Chinese intangible culture relics. You can bring your works home as your personal souvenirs to remind you of this memorable journey.
Day4 Beijing-Great Wall (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Today, you will experience the splendor of the Great Wall Huanghuacheng, which is famous for the lakeview around it, the only Great Wall at the waterside. After the morning hiking and picnic lunch, we will start to set up the tents in late afternoon. If weather permits, we may have a barbecue dinner at local farmer’s house and music party in the beacon tower.
Day5 Great Wall- Beijing Airport / Railway Station (Breakfast)
Free exploration in the morning till transfer to airport or Railway Station to next destination.
