Jiuzhaigou Valley, located in the north of Sichuan province, China, is the world heritage site and national park, also called Jiuzhaigou Natural Reserve. Getting its name from having Nine Tibetan Fortified Villages, Jiuzhaigou features the awesome sceneries of multi-level waterfalls, crystal waters and colorful lakes. Travel in different season, the water in Jiuzhaigou will present various color patterns of white, blue, green, turquoise and emerald.

Huanglong National Park, or Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area is located in Songpan County of Aba, Sichuan Province. It is famous for colorful travertine lakes and ponds, sinuous deep mountain valleys, magnificent snow mountains and mysterious peaceful wild forests, which has made the park known as “Wonder on the World” and “Heaven on the Earth”. Many influential reputations favored Huanglong National Park, including the World Natural Heritage Site, World Biosphere Reserve, Green Globes 21, etc.

If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, LeTourPanda will refund the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs incurred on your behalf - car rentals, admissions, hotel reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision.
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of LeTourPanda.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by LeTourPanda will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the start of the tour:10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 6 to 2 days before the start of the tour:50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 1 day before the start of the tour or no show: 100% cancellation fee.
