During this Panda+Cooking Class One-day Trip, you’ll visit Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base and see a great number of pandas ranging from infants to adults with your English-speaking guide. You’ll then visit a nunnery for vegetarian lunch with a special Buddhist ceremony. After that, you’ll visit a local market to learn some Sichuan spices and ingredients. Before cooking process, You’ll have local tea . After that, you will start cooking guided by a professional chef. Finally, you can enjoy the dishes along with some drinks. For it’s really interesting and fun, this class will be an unforgettable experience in your lifetime.

1. (7:30am) Meet your guide at your hotel.
2. (about 2.5 hours) Panda Base Visit: You”ll see a great number of pandas ranging from infants to adults along with your English-speaking local guide.
3. (about 1 hour) Vegetarian Lunch in Nunnery: Finishing the Panda Base, you’ll ramble through back streets into a hidden nunnery for vegetarian lunch with a special Buddhist ceremony.
1. (about 1 hour) Local Spice Market Visit: Your guide will take you into an appealing local market to explore it and you’ll find or obtain some necessary ingredients or spices that will be used in the cooking class afterwards.
2. (about 2 hours) The Cooking Process: After finishing the spice market, you’ll ramble through back streets to the cooking class place, a hidden gem-a traditional Sichuan style courtyard. When you arrive there, you can have a break with Sichuan Gaiwan tea. After that, you’ll start the cooking process which will be guided by a professional chef.
3. (about 1 hour) The Dinner Time: You’ll enjoy the dishes that cooked by yourself with some beers or beverages.

If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, LeTourPanda will refund the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs incurred on your behalf - car rentals, admissions, hotel reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision.
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of LeTourPanda.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by LeTourPanda will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the start of the tour:10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 6 to 2 days before the start of the tour:50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 1 day before the start of the tour or no show: 100% cancellation fee.
