Half-Day Chengdu Courtyard Cooking Class with Local Spice Market Visit
Summary：
During this 4-5 hours unique cooking workshop, you’ll be taken into an authentic local spice market to explore it with fun challenges to complete and learn different species of Sichuan spices and ingredients that will be used in the following cooking class. The class will be carried out in a traditional Sichuan style courtyard. You’ll be treated with Sichuan local tea as it’s local’s custom to treat friends and visitors. After that, you then will be guide to start the cooking process by a professional chef in a cozy kitchen. Finally, you can enjoy the dishes made by yourself along with some beers or beverages. For it’s really informative, interesting and fun, this class will be an unforgettable experience in your lifetime.

1. (9:00am or 2:00pm) Meet your guide at your hotel.
2. (about 1 hour) Local Spice Market Visit: Your guide will take you into an appealing local market to explore it and you’ll find or obtain some necessary ingredients or spices that will be used in the cooking class afterwards.
3. (about 2 hours) The Cooking Process: After finishing the spice market, you’ll ramble through back streets to the cooking class place, a hidden gem-a traditional Sichuan style courtyard. When you arrive there, you can have a break with Sichuan Gaiwan tea. After that, you’ll start the cooking process which will be guided by a professional chef.
4. (about 1 hour) The Lunch or Dinner Time: You’ll enjoy the dishes that cooked by yourself with some beers or beverages.

If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, LeTourPanda will refund the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs incurred on your behalf - car rentals, admissions, hotel reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision.
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. The determination of what constitutes 'Force Majeure' is at the discretion of LeTourPanda.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by LeTourPanda will determine the refund due as follows:
If you cancel 7 days or more before the start of the tour:10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel 6 to 2 days before the start of the tour:50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 1 day before the start of the tour or no show: 100% cancellation fee.
